Obria’s Relationship Education Program visits local schools and youth organizations, training teens in:

  • Healthy Relationship Skills
  • Dealing with Root Issues
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Healthy boundaries
  • Future planning
  • Conflict resolution
  • Job readiness
  • Various other critical skills

It is our desire to see the youth of our community thrive and be supported in making healthy decisions, leading to a successful and productive future

Of particular note, is the opportunity to be selected as a guest speaker at the National Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Conference in the Spring (all expenses paid).

Commitment

Our Youth Leadership Council helps our leadership team by:

  • Previewing Lessons
  • Giving Feedback on Lessons and Presentation Styles
  • Community Engagement Ideas
  • Sampling Incentives Given to Student in a Classroom Setting

The Council meets 4 times each year, once each quarter for 2 hours. Council Members will be paid $15 per hour for their time in addition to other incentives as they pertain to each meeting.
