Promoting Positive Youth Development Through Healthy Relationship Education
Obria’s Relationship Education Program
Optimal Health is a dynamic balance of physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual health. Lifestyle changes can be facilitated through a combination of learning experiences that enhance awareness, increase motivation and create skills through the creation of opportunities that open access to environments that make positive health practices the easiest choice. Our mission is to provide youth with the knowledge and skills they need to voluntarily refrain from non-marital sexual activity and prevent other youth risk behaviors. Obria’s Optimal Health program brought relationship education to over 5,000 youth between 6th and 12th grades since 2020.
Curriculum & Objectives
Our Program is presented in public, private and home school environments as well as community groups, detention centers and boys and girls clubs across the Willamette Valley. Our program is also available to patients in a group or individuals health coaching session.
