
Hilary Tracy (B.S.) is the Director of Operations for Obria Medical Clinics Oregon as well as Obria’s Optimal Health Program Director. Hilary is a registered nurse who received her Bachelors in Science of Nursing from the University of Colorado. Hilary is passionate about ensuring that everyone in the communities Obria serves has equal access to education and medical services. In addition to her passion for her work, she loves to travel and spend time with her husband, two daughters and dogs.
Ashlea Moore is the Program Coordinator for Obria’s Optimal Health Program. Ashlea started her journey with Optimal Health in 2021 as a Data Specialist. However, since then her role has been altered so she could pursue her desire to be more engaged with our community and share how our program impacts the lives of students. Within her role, she has been presented with unique opportunities such as traveling to Georgia and connecting with other programs like Optimal Health in addition to various other leadership trainings. In her free time, Ashlea enjoys riding horses and camping or hiking with her husband and two daughters.


Brian Gosser (B.S., M.A.) is the Chief Program Officer at Obria Medical Clinics Oregon as well as an Educator for Obria’s Optimal Health Program. Brian has served in ministry for 24 years, across several churches in Oregon, Idaho and California as a childrens, youth and teaching pastor. He also has been a high school football coach since 1993 and has served as the Lebanon Fire District Chaplin for the last 5 years. Brian has been happily married to his wife Kaitlin since 2013 and they share a beautiful daughter together.
Deena Vandehey is an Educator for Obria’s Optimal Health Program. Believing in the education and success of today’s youth, she feels called to work towards helping young individuals understand the importance of healthy relationships. Deena was born in Oregon but spent her childhood in California, returning to Oregon during her high school years. Deena has five children with her high school sweetheart and for many years was a homeschooling, stay-at-home mom. In her free time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and skydiving.


Douglas Buhrer (B.A.,M.A.) is an Educator for Obria’s Optimal Health Program. He has been involved with student education with a focus on community development for over 12 years. Douglas has served around the country in states such as Michigan, Texas, Utah and Oregon, as well as internationally in England, Switzerland, and Germany. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and likes to explore different cultures, hike, travel and sip lots of coffee!
Melissa Toquero is an Educator for Obria’s Optimal Health Program. Melissa relocated to Oregon from a navy base in Virginia when she was about 10 years old. She grew up competing in the theater and dance and eventually landed an internship on Broadway in NYC. Eventually she realized her love for the PNW, and returned to Oregon. She has 2 little boys and loves doing all the outdoor activities with them: hiking, camping, fishing, rockhounding and is an avid gardener.


Jordyn Rowley is the Optimal Health Project Assistant for Obria’s Optimal Health Program and also a Certified Educator for Optimal Health. A recent high school graduate, she is passionate about making a difference in the lives of other teens and helping her community. In her free time, Jordyn enjoys volunteering at her church, where she serves in kids ministry, as well as spending time with her family and reading.
Tancy Holcomb is an educator for Obria’s Optimal Health Program. Tancy became an educator with Optimal Health because she truly wanted to make a difference and impact. She strives to help our youth understand boundaries and healthy relationships. Tancy moved back to Oregon in 2007 after she graduated high school in California. She met her now husband of 16 years in 2008, together they have 6 kids, 3 boys and 3 girls. When she isn’t working she is running her kids to sports practices, games or tournaments. Tancy and her family love being outside whether it’s in the mountains or on the coast.
